Order Statuses

Cash-in (Deposit/Buy)

• pending: order has been created and is awaiting bank identification - not final
• identified: order has been identified and it's currently being validated - not final
• complete: order has been confirmed (it's now safe to add the balance if it is a deposit order; for buy orders, this means that the crypto assets have been sent) - final
• expired: order has not been identified in time - final
• cancelled: order has been cancelled due to user or administrator request - final

Cash-out (Withdrawal)

• pending: order has been created. Staying on this status for more than a few seconds indicates that this order has been marked by the security systems for human analysis - not final
• scheduled: order has been scheduled for soon processing - not final
• complete: order has been processed (bank transfer has been sent) - final
• failed: order could not and will not be executed (for withdrawal orders, it is safe to refund the user back on your side) - final
