Order Lifecycle
The procedure depends on the order type.
Deposit
- Your user has the intention to deposit funds
- You create a new order with his data and retrieve our banking information
- You show to your user such banking information
- Your user performs the bank transfer
- We identify the bank transfer and perform KYT/KYC checking
- We complete the order or fail it and refund the funds.
Withdrawal
- Your user has the intention to send funds to his bank account
- You create a new order with his data (including banking info)
- We perform KYT/KYC checking and schedule the transfer
- We either complete the order and perform a bank transfer to the user, or fail the order (in the latter case, you refund the funds back to your user).
Buy
- Your user has the intention to deposit funds
- You retrieve the current ask quotes and present these to your user, making it clear that the quotes might change until his deposit is correctly received
- You create a new order with the user's data (including cryptocurrency code and network) and retrieve our banking information
- Your user performs the bank transfer
- We identify the bank transfer and perform KYT/KYC checking
- We either exchange the funds, complete the order, and transfer the funds to your internal crypto wallet (not fiat wallet), or we fail the order and refund the funds.
